Urvi found this kitten without its mother near her building at Cuffe Parade. She is looking for a good home for the kitten.

Attached are some pics of the kitten. Keeping him on my floor for now but the neighbours keep getting him sent down every now and then. Atleast at night we try to keep him upstairs in a shoe box because he really very tiny.

Aamir, Salman and Shahrukh

Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman are up for adoption. This is their story.

Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman are three kittens at the WSD kennels who are looking for a home. WSD had received a call about a cat that was pregnant from Worli and when we reached there, we found that there was a still born kitten stuck and the mother cat was gasping. We rushed her to the WSD kennels where she was operated upon under C-section by our surgeons. Thus these three boys could be saved and have grown up into mischievous little monkeys. They just want to jump on you, play around all day and might generally be found inverted in their cage playing with the toys. As all three turned out to be boys, they were named Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman by the kennel doctors and wardboys.

Misha the kitten

An e-mail from Priya about little Misha. Do spread the word so that she get a good home.

History: Found alone on the stairs in our office bldg in Kamala Mills, Lower Parel. No sign of a grown up cat anywhere around. She's probably about a month old.

Personality: She's very friendly, loves to curl up and go to sleep on anyone's lap. Is very active and curious and has already started exploring the entire office premises and knows her way to the pantry where she gets her dose of sunshine!

Habits: She's self- potty-trained to pee and poo only on sheets of paper! She hasn't soiled anyone's clothes or the carpet even ONCE. She likes drinking milk and water, doesn't mind chapatis and idlis, but gets MOST excited – to the point of quivering! – when she sees a cats favorite food.

Health: She's a bit skinny as she surely didn't get proper food before we found her but is quickly gaining weight with a good diet. She has some fleas currently but I plan to treat her for them this weekend so she should be fine by Monday. She has lovely soft fur and clean ears and paws.

Li'l kitten

Mani Mau

This little kitten christened Mani Mau was wandering on the road after being abandoned by her mother and was rescued by a kind soul and is living in her building courtyard. Mani is very sweet and looks for attention all the time. She spends her day playing with imaginary and real objects keeping herself and others who watch her thoroughly entertained. She needs a home before the rains as there is no shelter in the courtyard.

Bubblegum

This ginger kitten is around four months old. He was found by a cat lover in a shriveled state outside the Chimanlals footpath in Fort and was left to die with bubblegum purposely stuck to him all over his body by some cruel person. The bubblegum was removed by us in over a week but he got ‘stuck’ with the name. Bubblegum is a very healthy, calm and an affectionate kitten and misses her friend ‘Bravo’ who was adopted into a very loving home. He has beautiful,big ginger eyes that you will fall in love with.

Bravo

Bravo, aptly named by our Project Manager, Pooja Mishra was rescued by WSD after a call received on our help-line for a kitten in distress.

Bravo's front left leg was mangled (probably due to an accident) and gangrenous. The leg had to be amputed but even before the surgery and afterwards, Bravo wants to hop around and be the feisty little self that he is.

I found a kitten near hyderabad estate, napean sea road.
The kitten is very weak, and look very young to me. Chiklet needs a loving home

CHIKLET needs a loving home.

Kitten - about 7 months old. Striped tabby. Was found on the road when she was about a month old. Initially weak but has recovered and is now healthy. Loves to play football with a ball of paper and calls out to people with a special "meow" to play with her. Non-aggressive and happy to be with other animals.

Inky and Ponky

We are Inky and Ponky. We were found by a kind hearted soul after we were dumped outside a building at Churchgate. We are still very small ( one month old) but we love mischief.
